Rates
- Starting at $500.00*, this experience will capture the perfect storybook moment.
- A nonrefundable $200.00 deposit is required in advance to hold your booking. Should you need to cancel prior to the shoot, we can work with you to reschedule your time and date!
- Payment can be made via cash, check, or Venmo
*Additional fees may apply depending on your event and accommodations, such as clean-up, set-up, electricity use, and other requests.

- Private Access to Pyron Garden! Enjoy the entire garden to yourselves for up to 2 hours — no distractions, just an intimate, serene setting for your special moment.
- Bouquet of seasonal flowers
- Chilled bottle of wine to toast your engagement (glassware included)
- Small Charcuterie board including a delightful spread of cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, and crackers for a celebratory picnic under the garden’s canopy.
- Professional Photographer – A discreet photographer will capture the surprise, the “yes,” and your first moments as fiancés with a gallery of candid and posed photos to treasure forever.
- A one-on-one meeting with an in-house event planner who will help make the special moment as seamless as possible!

Details
- Unless otherwise stated or confirmed, you’ll need to bring your own photographer, vendors, and decor, but we’re happy to share referrals if you’re looking for one. We may have some decor or seating options available, so please let us know what you may need!
- Some listed services are subject to change based on availability or there may be blocked off dates due to the season.
- A small parking lot is available across the street on certain days and there is limited street parking. Please let us know your headcount so we can work to ensure your guests’ arrival runs smoothly.
